Our story begins with Matt, a second-generation Geelong builder who started his journey in 1994, following in the footsteps of his father, Peter. With a passion for architectural homes, Matt refined his skills over the years before forging his own path in 2008, bringing decades of experience and dedication to every project, and founding Morgan Home Builders.

Today, Matt leads the way as our on-site builder and registered building practitioner. When you choose Morgan Home Builders, it’s Matt who will be with you every step of the way—personally overseeing your project from the ground up. His hands-on approach means he’s not just managing your build; he’s the one building it, with an eye for detail that’s been shaped by years of experience and a deep respect for the craft passed down from his father.

Matt is supported by Yvette, his partner in both life and work, who brings her own industry knowledge and expertise to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Together, they form a team that’s committed to quality over quantity. We intentionally limit the number of projects we take on because we believe every home deserves our full attention.
